C.M.P No.10778 of 2022 in S.A.No.1248 of 2014 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J The petitioner/appellant has filed this Civil Miscellaneous Petition to bring on record the petitioner as the Legal Representatives of the Deceased sole Appellant G.Jayaraman in S.A.No.1248 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3.In view of the death certificate and legal heirship certified produced and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
