ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.05.2017 for transfer of patta in her name , within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2017, given to the first respondent, the same has not yet been considered.

3. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not given any representation to the second respondent for name transfer so far.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I give liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent for transfer of patta and in such an event, the second respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, as expeditiously as possible. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
