These petitions have been filed seeking to substitute the proposed petitioners herein as writ petitioners in the above writ petitions, being the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioners.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the same are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the writ petitions.
