Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para 6 in Crl.O.P.No.11378/2022 on the file of the Hon`ble Court dated 18.05.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11378 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court finds no merit in this petition to modify the condition imposed already by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11378 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.
