ORDER

The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.167 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Gudallur, the Nilgiris.

2. The petitioner married the respondent on 17.01.2021. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion the parties separated and the respondent herein had filed HMOP.No.167 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District seeking divorce. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking transfer of the above HMOP.

3. The petitioner would submit that presently she is residing at Pandalur and the distance between Pandalur and Tiruchengode is around 253 Kms. The petitioner would submit that she has to take care of her 2 year old child. Therefore, the petitioner would submit that it is 2/5

very difficult for her both physically and financially to attend every hearing.

4. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

Considering the above facts particularly the fact that the petitioner has to take care of her 2 year old child and taking note of the distance that is to be traveled the request for transfer appears justified. Therefore, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 04.04.2025 Index: Yes/No Internet: yes/No kan 3/5
