This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in E.A.No.1 of 2024 in E.P.No.4764 of 2022 in ARC No.56 of 2018 on 12.03.2025.

2. On perusal of the record, it is seen that E.A.No.1 of 2024 in E.P.No.4764 of 2022 in ARC No.56 of 2018 has been dismissed on 24.03.2024, thereby, the revision petition challenging the order dated 12.03.2025 cannot be sustained.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of dismissal dated 24.03.2024 in E.A.No.1 of 2024 in E.P.No.4764 of 2022 in ARC No.56 of 2018.
