O R D E R

Though the petitioner filed this petition to transfer H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2018 filed by the respondent/husband pending on the file of the Sub Court, Gingee and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, when this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2018 filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Gingee and H.M.O.P.No.743 of 2017 filed by the wife for divorce, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submissions and endorsements made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2018 and H.M.O.P.No.743 of 2017 are ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Gingee and Sub Court, Tambaram https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respectively and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee. The learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee and learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.Nos.19 of 2018 and 743 of 2017 respectively to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
