ORDER

It is seen that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.30959 of 2024 seeking to quash the case in Cr.No.257 of 2024 and this Court by an order dated 11.12.2024 disposed of the same. Now the petitioner has filed the present miscellaneous petition seeking to amend the Crime Number as 357 of 2024 instead of 257 of 2024 in the order dated 11.12.2024. In criminal jurisprudence, there is no provisions for amendment as prayed for by the petitioner. Therefore this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
