The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif cum Magistrate Court, Pallavaram to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.59 of 2023, which is pending on its file.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 1/4

3.Though the Registry of this Court has despatched the order passed by this Court as early as 09.06.2025, requiring the District Munsif cum Magistrate Court, Pallavaram, to submit a report on or before 23.06.2025, it is seen that the report has not been forthcoming till date. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen/landlord, eagerly awaiting getting back possession of the property, I direct the District Munsif cum Magistrate Court, Pallavaram, to dispose of RLTOP.No.59 of 2023, pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 29.08.2025.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
