This writ petition is heard through Video-Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to conduct survey measurement of the property belongs to petitioner by metes and bounds and demark and identify the property and fix the boundary line in respect property bearing Plot No.106 and comprised in S.No.35/3A & 35/3B of Manack Nagar situated at Tiruvur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District and submit report to the petitioner expeditiously within a time framed by this Court.

On the earlier occasion on 14.08.2020, the learned Special Government Pleader was directed to furnish the copy of the letter dated 12.03.2020 issued by the Tahsildhar, Thiruvallur, along with the Village Administrative Officer's report to the learned counsel for the petitioner, wherein, it is stated that the subject land was surveyed, and he was directed to verify the position.

Learned counsel for the petitioner affirmed that the land has been surveyed and demarcated and submitted that in view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been fulfilled and nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
