ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7221 of 2022 IN CRL OP.10690/2022 M.MUTHUKUMARAN [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VIILIANUR POLICE STATION, PONDICHERRY CRIME NO.120/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.10690 of 2022 dated 5.5.2022 against Crime No. 120/2022 dated 19.04.2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Villianur Police Station, Pondicherry.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.BALAVIJAYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.10690 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
