ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. The revision petition is disposed even without obtaining any report from the learned Special District Judge at Krishnagiri.

2.The revision petition has been filed seeking disposal of E.A.No.2 of 2021 in E.P.No.50 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.710 of 2013. 3.Subsequent to the final order passed in M.C.O.P.No.710 of 2013, the claimants filed E.P.No.50 of 2019. The bus which was involved in accident or rather a bus which of the revision petitioner herein had been attached by an order of the Court.

4.Thereafter, it is claimed by Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel for the revision petitioner/the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Limited, Salem that the entire decree amount had been deposited in to the Court and now the onus is on the Court to disburse the same to the claimants in accordance with the Decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.710 of 2013. It is therefore insisted by the learned counsel that holding on to the bus without releasing the same is highly unreasonable.

4.Therefore a direction is given to the learned Special District Judge at Krishnagiri to dispose of E.A.No.2 of 2021 on or before 06.08.2021. 2/4

5.With the said observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
