This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31747 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act,2012, Thiruvannamalai on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.31747 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024 is relaxed.
