O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned recovery proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent in Memo No.A4(RV)/531/2020 dated 01.06.2020.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner has already given a letter to the Management to withdraw the instant Writ Petition and this factum was accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and to that effect he has also made an endorsement in the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge the departmental proceedings if any initiated against the petitioner.
