On 16.09.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner represents that he has already handed over the bundle to the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 23.09.2016 under the caption "for dismissal", and directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. The revision was listed on 23.09.2016, there was no representation and directed to be posted on 26.09.2016 under the same caption. Even today, i.e, 26.09.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel. Therefore, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
