2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on completion of investigation, final report filed and the presence of the petitioner before the Investigating Officer henceforth not required.
3.In view of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the order of the trial Court dated 17.04.2024 is set aside. The anticipatory bail condition to report before the Investigating Officer twice a month is hereby withdrawn.
