Seeking a direction to the respondent to issue the Tender Application Form to the petitioner, accept the same in respect of Tender Notification issued in Se.Ma.Tho.E/3841/Oppanthapulli/2015 in Namathu M.G.R. dated 09.08.2015 and also to issue necessary admission slip for participation at the time of opening of the tender on the dates mentioned therein to the bar attached shop No.8933 at Thiruvallur East District, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that application for participating in the tender had already been handed over to the petitioner.
