This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.01.2018 in CSR.No.18 of 2018 dated 18.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner gave a power of attorney to one Ramadoss. But, the said Ramadoss has misused the power of attorney and got the sale deed in his name and thereby the said Ramadoss cheated the petitioner and hence, the complaint was lodged before the respondent on 18.01.2018, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint in CSR.No.18 of 2018 was issued and enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 29.01.2018.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
