This application has been filed owing to the death of the second defendant, viz., A.Balachandran to bring on record the legal representatives as defendant Nos. 8, 9 and 10.

2. Since the status of the proposed defendants is not in dispute and they have also been recognized as legal representatives of the said Balachandran , the application stands allowed.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff to carry out necessary amendment in the cause-title reflecting to bring on record his legal heirs as defendants 8, 9 and 10. Such amendment to be carried out on or before 25.06.2025.
