O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.S.Ramesh, Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.203, within a specified time.

3. According to the petitioner, the Revenue Department, without giving due notice and opportunity to the petitioner has issued separate patta, in respect of their land in favour of third parties. It is also submitted that no property details were shown in patta, and the Revenue Officer as well as the Village Administrative Officer had wrongly sub divided the land and issued patta. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 15.06.2013 seeking to cancel the same. But, till date the first respondent has not passed any orders on the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and also taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, without expressing anything with regard to the merits of the case, I hereby direct the first respondent, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2013 , on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the second respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
