ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.98 of 2018 pending on his file and to complete the same within a stipulated time.

2.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that FIR has been registered only in the year 2018, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondents police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.98 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
