Crl.R.C.Nos.946, 950, 951 & 952 of 2016 R.N.MANJULA.J, On 16.12.2022, this Court has passed the following order: "4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that through one common relative, namely, Karpagam she made some payments, which was not accounted. It is for the petitioner to clarify with Karpagam.

5. As regards respondents are concerned, they need a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to give a quietus to the issue.

6. The petitioner is directed to make a substantial payment of minimum amount of Rs.75,000/- on or before 30.01.2023 and two weeks thereafter, the balance amount to be paid"

2. In compliance of the said order, an amount of Rs.50,000/- was paid by the petitioner to the respondent directly before this Court.

3. The matter is ordered to be listed on 21.02.2023 for further payments of Rs.1,00,000/-.
