The Sub Application has been filed seeking to grant leave to file this contempt petition vide Diary No.16637 of 2025 against the respondents for disobedience of the directions of this Court order dated 09.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.7533 of 2012 passed by this Court.

2.This sub application is closed with liberty to the petitioner to proceed I.A.No.1 of 2019 in L.A.O.P.No.12 of 1994 before the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem. Consequently, the Contempt Petition is rejected at the DR stage itself.
