ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 392, 397, 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.194 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was driving his two wheeler in Vettavalam Raod, the accused persons and some other unknown persons have intercepted the defacto complainant and robbed a VIVI 91 Mobile, worth about Rs.10,000,/- and further they threatened him with dire consequence by showing knife. Hence this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner and strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
