ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. When there is a complaint filed, it is the duty of the police to issue necessary notice for enquiry as per law and if any cognizable offence is made out, it is the duty of the police to proceed as per law. It is for the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation. 4. Further, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry of the complaint filed against the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
