ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2022 filed for the offences under Sections 376, 417, 406 & 506(i) of IPC on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the FIR.

3. At the outset, there is prima facie allegation made in the FIR which requires further investigation as the factual aspects cannot be gone into at this stage and it requires appreciation of evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
