ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Cr.No.467 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused have found in posession of 20 Brandy bottles each contains 180 ml and the police seized the case property and registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted he is history sheeted and that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
