ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to shift by 50 meters either towards the North or South the proposed Bus Bay from its present proposed location in Survey No. 78, Punapakkam Village, immediately East of 'SAIRAM MODERN RICE MILL' in Survey No 79/3, Punnapakkam Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the proposed Bus Bay, which restricted ingress to the petitioner's Rice Mill has already been shifted and constructed in some other place and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
