ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the second respondent to file final report at early in Crime No.58 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered the case on 04.03.2018 in Crime No.58 of 2018 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 341, 448 and 506

(2) IPC, but, thereafter no steps have taken by the second respondent to complete the investigation and hence he requests to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is in progress and some reasonable time may be granted for completing the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
