Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner sent on 19.02.2016 by correcting the error in the computerized patta No.1543 Survey No.182/7A for total correct area as 0.05.64 acres instead of 0.04.65 acres and to issue fresh patta for correct total area of 0.05.64 acres.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to dispose of his representation dated 19.02.2016 wherein and whereby, he sought for correcting the error in the computerized patta No.1543 in Survey No.182/7A. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
