[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition challenging the sale notice of the 1st respondent dated 24.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the proposed sale has not taken place and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for consideration.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
