ORDER

The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 30.09.2015, based on the representation dated 20.04.2015 submitted by the them.

2. Mr.R.Krishnamoorthi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representation dated 20.04.2015 to implement the recommendations of the 3rd respondent dated 30.09.2015, the respondents 1 and 2 have not passed any orders so far.

3. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 may be directed to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 20.04.2015, based on the recommendations of the 3rd respondent / District Collector dated 30.09.2015, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 20.04.2015, based on the recommendation of the 3rd respondent dated 30.09.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed No costs.
