This Application is filed to bring legal heirs of the deceased sole plaintiff. The Learned Counsel for the 1st defendant states that since the legal heir certificate not furnished, they are not in a position to ascertain whether the proposed plaintiff are the legal heirs of the deceased C.T.Sundaram.

2. From the affidavit, this Court finds that C.T.Sundaram has left behind two sons and daughter, who are the applicants herein. If there is any other rival claim, it is always open to the other legal heirs to get themselves impleaded and participate in the proceedings. As of now, this Court finds that there is no impediment in allowing this application. Accordingly, the A.No.2399 of 2021 is Allowed.

3. The applicants are brought on record as legal heirs of the deceased 1st plaintiff. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. The Learned Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file amended plaint copy, after serving copies to the other side.
