2. It seems that the petitioner approached the respondent seeking permission to have cultural programme during the Mariamman Temple Festival to be held on 11.04.2012. Since the festival was to be conducted on 11.04.2012, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
