A.Nos.2698 to 2701 of 2021 in O.P.No.434 of 2019 V.PARTHIBAN,J.

These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 706 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the st petitioner; to bring on record Mrs.Usha Gopalan and Mr.Anush Gopalan as legal representatives of the deceased 1 st petitioner viz. Mr.L.Gopalan and to amend the prayer in O.P.No.434 of 2019 to grant succession certificate to the petitioners 2 and 3 with power to collect the debts and receive the interest mentioned in the schedule.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.
