The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.70 of 2015 filed by the husband/respondent, before the Sub Court, Thirupattur and to transfer the same to any of the competent Court at Dharmapuri District. After receiving notice in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the respondent has withdrawn H.M.O.P.No.70 of 2015 and the same was dismissed on 20.07.2018. Hence, H.M.O.P.No.70 of 2015 is not pending before the Sub Court at Thirupattur and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
