The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the vehicle is not traceable despite the efforts taken by the Applicant as well as the learned Advocate Commissioner. She would also submit that the initial remuneration ordered by this Court also paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner and the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the aforesaid application.
