ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7348 of 2022 IN CRL OP.199/2022 JESUDASS RAJA [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALADI POLICE STATION, CUDDALORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.178/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon`ble court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am untill further orders in Crl.OP.No.199/2022 dated 07-01-2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R. SURYA PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.199 of 2022 on 07.01.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
