ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1873 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 05.12.2016 in Crime No.1873 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 347 and 357 of IPC and thereafter no steps have been taken to file any final report and hence she requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken on file and the investigation is in progress. She further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she requests to grant four weeks time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of .
