O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.08.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner is the Senior Manager of the Madras office of Shriram Chits Tamil Nadu Pvt. Ltd. and he lodged a complaint as against one Jayaprakash Kumaresan, who was working as a Senior Manager of Shriram Chits Tamil Nadu Pvt. Ltd., R.S.Puram Branch, Coimbatore District on the allegation of misappropriation of amount during the course of his employment. But no action was taken so far. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
