ORDER

It is the case of the petitioner that she got married to Sathiyaprakash on 04.11.2016 and Sathiyaprakash is now working at Singapore. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that the respondents 3 to 7, who are her in-laws, are harassing the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation by post to the Director General of Police and other officials and filed the present petition for police protection.

2.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent police and if there is any threat from her in-laws, it is open to her to lodge a written complaint. On such complaint being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lodged, the 2nd respondent police is directed to enquire into the same and ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
