The present petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.980 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. From the records it appears that a case has been registered as against these petitioners for alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) r/w. 109IPC based on a complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioners have come forward this petition to quash the said first information report.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is still under progress.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that this petition is premature in nature and hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the first information report. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court after filing of the final report.
