Claiming benefits of G.O.Ms.No.45 dated 15.2.1994 and G.O.Ms.No.104 dated 28.04.1994, the petitioner had submitted a representation to the first respondent to upgrade her as typist Grade-I. 2. Heard Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the limited scope of prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2010 in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
