This application is filed to permit the applicant to implead the proposed respondents 3 and 4 in Comp.A.No.105 of 2006 in C.P.No.243 of 1997.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the matter on 16.06.2023.
