ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a Charge Sheet based on the FIR registered in Crime No.80 of 2023 dated 21.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and Referred Charge Sheet has also been filed on 23.06.2024 in LTN20220002208C202400082 through e-filing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that so far, the RCS notice has not been served on the defacto-complainant.

4. If it is so, the second respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner herein and on receipt of such notice, the petitioner shall take an appropriate recourse in accordance with law. -2-

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
