The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the 7th respondent is the power holder of the respondents 8 and 9, who in turn, purchased the suit schedule property and therefore, they are also interested parties to the appeal suit.

2. The respondents 7, 8 and 9 being the subsequent purchasers, are necessary parties for effective adjudication of the appeal suit.

3. Thus, the impleading petition in C.M.P.No.9445 of 2016 stands ordered.
