By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.08.2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has leased out an agricultural land registered as Document No.263/1985 before SRO, Mailam to the 4th respondent for cultivation. As the petitioner wanted to sell the property on 15.02.2016, she obtained EC of her property and found registration of a Settlement deed by 4th respondent in favour of the 5th respondent registered as Doc.No.1086/2010 before SRO, Mailam. As against the said illegal transaction, the petitioner preferred a complaint on 17.03.2016 before the respondents 2 and 3, for which the 2nd respondent did not take any action. Hence, she preferred an appeal on 03.08.2016, before the 1st respondent and the same is pending disposal from the year 2016. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the appeal said to be pending from the year 2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
