ORDER

The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider their representation dated 20.08.2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in spite of the petitioners' representation dated 20.08.2016, the respondents have not considered the same.

3. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 20.08.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought now by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 20.08.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
