Notice was directed in A.No.1999 of 2020 to the first respondent/first defendant. Notice had been taken and affidavit has been filed enclosing the returned cover of the first respondent/first defendant Andal Productions with the endorsement "left". It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff that counsel had not entered appearance in the suit on behalf of the said respondent. Insofar as the second respondent/second defendant is concerned, they had already been set exparte in the suit. Consequently I find no reason to keep the application pending. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the present application, it is stated by the director of the applicant company that the plaintiff was incorporated under the name of the West Top Investments India Pvt. Ltd., with address at No.

73, Nungambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034. Thereafter, for reasons which the Court need not examine, the plaintiff had changed the name from West Top Investments India Pvt. Ltd. to Royale Blue Investments Private Limited and also changed address to No. Old No.3, New No.5.Muktha Gardens, Spur Tank Road, Chetpet, Chennai - 600 031. pam 3.In view of this change in circumstance, it would only be appropriate that the suit continued and prosecuted in the new name of the company namely Royale Blue Investments Private Limited.
