ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Subramanian J.) It appears that a typographical error had occurred in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition and the same has been carried out in the order also. The survey number of the property which is subject matter of the writ petition was given as S.No.85/2 in the Writ Petition and the affidavit. The same was reflected in the order.

2. It is now brought to our notice that the actual survey number is S.No.89/2. We find that the representation made by the petitioner only recites S.No.89/2 and notices issued by the Corporation are also in respect of S.No.89/2. In view of the same, the Registry will amend the writ petition showing the survey number of the property as S.No.89/2 and consequently, amend the order dated 16.12.2024 also.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
